A visit to Slavic Fest means good eats. From sarma (cabbage roll) meals with Croatian potato salad and slaw, or a Peter May’s kielbasa sandwiche, to Polish pierogi, Slovak goulash or haluski, a savory beirocks sandwich and more. Then it’s on to the delicious bakery items - rich flavors of povitica, kolache, kieflie, struedel, bourekes, medovik, or cheese cakes. Thirsty? Grab a traditional Czech Pilsner Urquell or an American pivo or seltzer. Or take a shot of R. Jelenik slivovitz. Plus we have ice cream, hot dogs, sodas, pretzel bites and more for the little ones.
