The 2024 Sugar Creek Slavic Festival hours are 5 to 11 pm on Friday, June 7th and 12 to 11 pm on Saturday June 8th. Admission is $5 for adults, children 12 and under are free.

The festival is held in the park-like setting of the Mike Onka Memorial Building grounds, located at 11520 E Putnam, Sugar Creek MO 64054.
Free parking is available near the event and free shuttle busses will transport you to the event. Look for signs on Sterling Avenue as you come into Sugar Creek from Highway 24.

Much of the festival, including the entertainment is outdoors. There is an inside hall, covered patio and large tent to provide shade and cover from the elements.

No pets.
No solicitation or passing out of information (except approved vendors).
No coolers or outside food or drink (except for an infant or child with special dietary needs).
No weapons of any kind.
No narcotics or illegal substances. -
Handicap parking is available near the event. The event site has two levels. Each level is wheelchair accessible.
