Slavic meals in the dining hall include:

Sarma – Beef, rice and seasonings rolled in cabbage and baked with sauerkraut. Served with Polish sausage, Croatian potato salad, Croatian slaw, bread and a slice of Povatica

Haluski Kapusta – Slovak dish of noodles and cabbage which are fried with a little bacon in butter and can be added to your meal

Outside food vendors

Roznijici – Pork kabob – seasoned and grilled. Served with Croatian potato salad, Croatian slaw and bread

Kielbasa (Polish sausage) sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburger meals are also available

Enjoy a variety of Slavic baked goods including:
  • Povitica - rich rolled bread filled with walnuts, honey and spices (walnut, cheese and other varieties)
  • Apple Strudel – sweet layered pastry
  • Kolache - a pastry with fruit fillings
  • Nut horns and other varieties of traditional cookies
